This has been our tagline since opening in 2020 because we truly believe in providing high-quality essentials that elevate your body care routine.

For years, each of us struggled in different ways with skin sensitivities, not realizing that, sometimes, it simply came down to the poor-quality products being heavily advertised everywhere. Too often, we’re led to believe a product is “good” because of a brand name, rather than the ingredients behind it.

At Simply Essential, we are passionate about consumer awareness. We regularly speak with our friends, family, and customers about the importance of understanding ingredients, because we believe that even basic ingredient knowledge could change the way many people choose their products.

We often hear about the importance of eating healthy, but at Simply Essential, we believe it is just as important to be mindful of what you put on your skin - and to choose those products wisely.

That’s why we create the products we do. From our bestselling natural bug repellent, No Bug Balm, to everyday essentials like our artisan soaps and lip balms, each product is thoughtfully formulated with high-quality ingredients, because your skin deserves to be treated with care.

And this is why we have branched off into SImply Essential events. Our team truly believes that supporting local is the way to keep the circular economic flow going around and being able to host events where the local community can come together, supporting each other and creating awareness on each others businesses.

Within our small business community, we have consistently prioritized building relationships with our fellow entrepreneurs and it's safe to say we've gotten to know these talented individuals... the love within the local small business community always makes our events full of positivity and good vibes.
Eco-Conscious... but why?
When brainstorming for Simply Essential, we knew that sustainability and being conscious of the products we are using were going to play an important role in how we were going to build our brand. Sustainability is a continuous process, and we strive to consistently ensure we are making conscious choices with the brands we use, the packaging we sell, and the initiatives we present to you, our customers.

All of our packaging (with the exception of our lip balm tubes), can be returned to us when you have finished the product so that we can clean, sanitise and reuse the packaging.
​
When you bring back packaging, you receive a 10% discount on that product the next time you purchase it!
